2030 year impact

Cornerstone CDC has a long, quiet history in affordable housing, but we have a bolder, new vision.

Our work has grown beyond property investment and rental options; we are positioning ourselves to be a trusted resource and align our operations so we serve beyond housing, ready to invest in our neighborhood so that those within the neighborhood can hear and see they are valued and their experience matters.

In 2020, the Cornerstone CDC Board of Directors launched a 10 Year Impact Statement for 2030. It sets our work towards a higher standard of quality, affordable housing, focuses on strengthening residents interested in moving out of poverty (economic mobility) and supports our transition into an established, sustainable community development anchor institution in the West End and Visitation Park neighborhood.

HOW WE WORK

Cornerstone CDC believes the first, critical step to poverty alleviation is stable, affordable housing.
