In collaboration with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Cornerstone supporting the Neighborhood Vacancy Initiative helps local residents and community-based organizations in the West End reduce the problem of vacant, abandoned, and blighted housing in the city of St. Louis. This program will help stabilize neighborhoods and create more affordable housing.
